Pacific Exteriors is aggressively priced because we work with very low overhead. Our team is completely trained and certified with various different manufacturers and we have an in-house management team. This means a lot of work we do completely in house, without having to hire expensive subcontractors. Subcontractors have their rates that have to be paid, which means we would have to raise our rates in order to turn a profit. Our competitive pricing reflects our experience in bidding materials, working efficiently, and having low overhead.
When a project gets bidded, we come in and give a PowerPoint presentation fully explaining the entire project. We want to really instill that nobody knows their project or property as we do and that we are very different than most contractors. We’ve taken a lot of time to personally look at the architectural designs, the design details, and where the building failures can be. We also show where the building has sustainable aspects already there that we don’t need to deal with, all these little intricacies that show we have their best interests in mind. We show the waterproofing and quality construction that will happen on the project. We want them to know we’ve been doing this for 30 years, so we know how to maximize building efficiencies and deliver the absolute best quality product that’s also sustainable. At the same time, we try to minimize the cost.
When one actually understands the science and technology of the industry, we are able to offer the best at a reasonable cost. We don’t want Pacific Exteriors to be the high price leader. We want to be the market leader in quality and we want to be a market leader in price as well. We can’t always be the least expensive, but it’s a case of “you get what you pay for”. We do things the right way and we do them as efficiently and affordably as possible.
